Prior experience in the healthcare sector is valued INTERNAL PRIVATE SECURITY OFFICER PROMSA is a leading company with over 15 years of experience in comprehensive healthcare services, specializing in orthopedic surgeries, osteosynthesis, arthroscopies, etc. We are seeking to incorporate an Internal Security Officer for our facilities in Naucalpan. Job Objective: To safeguard the integrity of facilities, employees, and visitors, ensuring strict adherence to organizational access control policies and internal protocols. Required Profile: Experience: Minimum of 3 verifiable years. Prior experience in healthcare or medical service companies is highly desirable (not mandatory). Age: 25 to 50 years old. Both genders. Location: Av. Primero de Mayo, corner Periférico. Technical Skills: Maintaining operation logs and records. Basic knowledge of office tools (Microsoft Office), if required. Ability to validate identities and verify information. Competencies and Attributes: Strict adherence to operational norms and procedures. Clear and firm communication with internal staff and visitors. Strong sense of responsibility, ethics, and integrity. Observational skills to detect unusual or risky behavior. Orderliness, operational discipline, and tolerance for routine tasks. Working Conditions: Salary: $11,480.00 monthly net. Benefits: Statutory benefits.
