Job Summary: We are seeking recent graduates or professionals with experience in gastronomy and knowledge of food plating and pastry making, to set up dish lines and prepare desserts. Dessert preparation and line setup Recent graduates with a technical degree in gastronomy or relevant work experience Must possess knowledge and basic understanding of food plating and some pastry skills The cook will be responsible for setting up dish lines and preparing certain desserts for sale.
