A dynamic role with a technical focus and passion for teaching. **Training Coordinator – After-Sales Area (Motorcycle Technical Specialist)** Location: Mexico City (Central Zone) **Job Description:** We are part of Mexico’s largest automotive group and are seeking a **Training Coordinator for the After-Sales Area**, focused on motorcycle technical specialization. The selected candidate will be responsible for **training technical staff** on repair and maintenance procedures, ensuring technical certifications, and guaranteeing that service standards are met across all dealerships. **Responsibilities:** * Train technicians in motorcycle diagnosis, maintenance, and repair. * Specialize staff in technical certifications. * Develop instructional materials and technical training guides. * Ensure accurate transmission of technical knowledge and quality standards. * Evaluate staff performance and ensure mastery of procedures. * Stay updated on industry technologies, procedures, and standards. **Requirements:** * Professional degree required (bachelor’s or engineering degree in a related field). * Experience in technical training within the automotive or motorcycle industry. * Advanced English proficiency **required** (assessments will be conducted). * Ability to convey knowledge and speak publicly. * Knowledge of motorcycle diagnosis and repair. * Willingness to travel and train staff across multiple dealerships. **We Offer:** * Salary up to $40,000 MXN per month, based on experience. * Comprehensive training program on products and technical procedures. * Professional development within a leading automotive group. * Job stability. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **Ideal Profile:** We seek a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, a technical orientation, passion for teaching, and the ability to become a product specialist and trainer for technical staff across all dealerships.
