




Job Summary: Supervises and trains new employees, ensuring their integration, performance, and productivity through monitoring and coaching. Key Highlights: 1. Productivity control and goal recovery ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor and mentor new employees to ensure proper integration and performance. * Provide individual and group coaching to reinforce skills, resolve doubts, and improve productivity. * Directly supervise new employees to guarantee their adaptation and achievement of objectives. * Control productivity and recovery, validating results and established goals. * Validate payment commitments, ensuring follow-up on commitments made by agents. * Periodically update training materials and prepare monthly reports on monitoring, productivity, and recovery. ### **We Offer:** * Base salary: **$11,000** * Monthly productivity bonus * Statutory benefits from day one * ️ Starting at 90 days: * Food allowance * Life insurance * Major medical expenses coverage * **Work Schedules:** * Morning shift: Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00 hrs * Afternoon shift: Monday to Friday, 13:00–21:00 hrs * Rotating weekend shifts: 08:00–15:30 hrs or 12:30–20:00 hrs ### **Location:** Av.
