Propose corrective actions to reduce defects and ensure consistency **TEXTILE COMPANY SEEKING URGENTLY** *QUALITY INSPECTOR* **Purpose of the Position** Ensure that garments produced in contract manufacturing facilities comply with quality standards, technical specifications, and established timelines through systematic inspections at all stages of the production process, thereby ensuring consistency, defect reduction, and customer compliance. **Academic Qualifications** · Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field. **Experience** 2–5 years in: · Apparel manufacturing knowledge (sewing, fabrics, processes) · Interpretation of technical specifications · Familiarity with AQL and quality criteria · Use of checklists and inspection forms · Defect analysis and root cause analysis **Responsibilities:** Review daily production plan Validate production inputs (specifications, readiness, cutting, etc.) Approve first piece Perform interval inspections during contract manufacturing and on finished goods Record defects in real time Provide immediate feedback at contract manufacturer facilities Audit processes (not just products) Submit daily reports upon shift closure per contract manufacturer o Escalate critical deviations to immediate supervisor Propose corrective actions with contract manufacturers to address defects Apply AQL sampling Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $7,306.80 – $12,650.92 per month Work Location: On-site employment
