Contribute to automation strategy, quality metrics, and continuous improvement Senior QA Automation Engineer – Insurance Domain (Hybrid \| CDMX \& GDL) We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer with strong experience in API and automation testing to join a global enterprise project within the insurance industry. This role is ideal for professionals with a solid automation background, strong analytical skills, and experience validating enterprise\-level applications and backend services in complex environments. Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites * Perform API testing, database validation, and end\-to\-end system validation * Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA leads to ensure software quality and test coverage * Contribute to automation strategy, quality metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives * Validate integrations, business workflows, and data consistency across systems * Support testing efforts for modernization and cloud\-native platforms * Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and cross\-functional collaboration with offshore and onshore teams Required Skills * Strong hands\-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, RestAssured, Postman, and/or TestNG * Experience with API automation and backend testing * Strong SQL/database validation skills * Experience with performance testing methodologies * Good understanding of QA processes, test strategies, and defect management * Exposure to GenAI/LLM\-based solutions or AI\-assisted testing * Advanced English communication skills Preferred Qualifications * Experience working within insurance or financial services environments * Familiarity with commercial insurance workflows such as Property, Casualty, or Liability * Experience testing cloud\-native or legacy modernization platforms * ISTQB or GenAI\-related certifications are a plus * Knowledge of compliance or financial reporting standards such as IFRS or GAAP is desirable Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: $60,000\.00 \- $90,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Please describe your hands\-on experience building or maintaining automation frameworks.
