




Position Summary: We are seeking a Process Management Intern to support project tracking, process documentation, and collaboration on continuous improvement initiatives. Key Highlights: 1. Development in project management and continuous improvement A Contact Center with over 10 years of customer service experience is seeking: Process Management Intern. Morning shift: 09:00 AM to 02:00 PM Work location: Reforma 222, opposite Mexibus Hamburgo, Insurgentes Centro, CDMX. Key responsibilities include: 1.- Support project and implementation tracking (schedules, status, deliverables). 2.- Document processes, workflows, and operational procedures. 3.- Update control matrices, work plans, and progress reports. 4.- Collaborate in identifying improvements to existing processes. 5.- Support coordination of activities across involved departments. 6.- Assist in risk management, incident handling, and corrective actions. 7.- Maintain organized department documentation (versions, evidence, meeting minutes). Requirements: Basic knowledge of project management (planning, tracking, activity control). Familiarity with process management and documentation (flowcharts, procedures, manuals). Basic knowledge of continuous improvement and process standardization. Proficiency in office tools: o Excel (tables, basic formulas, progress tracking). o PowerPoint (executive presentations). o Word (formal documentation). Basic knowledge of schedule and work plan management. General understanding of cross-departmental collaboration and follow-up on agreements.
