General objective of the position: Assist in tasks to facilitate and streamline operations for maintenance technicians and supervisors. Main activities (Responsibilities) * Maintain standards in rooms. * Keep room air conditioning systems in perfect condition. * Inspect sanitary and electrical installations in rooms. Main tasks: * Perform painting and varnishing maintenance in rooms. * Repair details in restrooms, room furniture, and air conditioning systems. * Replace burnt-out light bulbs. * Repair closet and entrance doors. * Repair beds, nightstands, chairs, and desks. * Be informed about and participate in risk prevention measures and environmental care, and become familiar with our products and services.
