




**Business Development Representative – Technology Sector** We are seeking a Business Development Representative to collaborate with a company specialized in custom software development, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence. The position is hybrid, requiring physical presence 2 to 3 times per month in Mexico City. The employment arrangement is freelance. **Responsibilities:** * Active prospecting and consistent generation of new leads. * Presenting solutions, conducting commercial negotiations, and closing sales. * Coordinating and signing contracts with clients. * Providing post-sale follow-up and managing existing accounts. * Direct collaboration with the pre-sales team to prepare proposals. * Participating in events, meetings, and client visits outside of CDMX. * Managing and continuously updating the CRM. **Profile Requirements:** * 2 to 3 years of experience in technology sector sales, preferably in custom software solutions. * Results-oriented profile with strong sales ability and closing skills. * Excellent communication, proactivity, and goal focus. * Ability to work as part of a team. * Availability for occasional domestic travel. **Compensation Structure:** * Variable commission ranging from 1.5% to 3% on invoiced sales. * Annual bonus equivalent to two months of full salary, contingent upon achieving 90% of the administrative KPIs related to the pipeline in the CRM. **Additional Information:** * Annual sales target: 20 million pesos. * Average project deal size: 1.8 million pesos. * This position does not include statutory benefits. * Solid experience in the complete sales cycle and negotiation is required; this is not a pre-sales role
