Supervise and optimize operational processes, guaranteeing achievement of objectives, timelines, and cost targets, while fostering a safe, efficient, and results-oriented work environment. **Profile Requirements** * Experience managing personnel * Completed or incomplete degree in industrial field * Gender: Unrestricted * Must reside in the south * Valid driver’s license * Availability to rotate shifts. **Technical Knowledge** * Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) * Standard automobile driving skills * Knowledge of material inventory control, personnel management, and familiarity with automotive components. * Knowledge of industrial safety measures. **Competencies** * Operational leadership. * Analytical thinking and problem solving. * Process organization and follow-up. * Results orientation. * Decision-making under pressure. * Effective communication and teamwork.
