This role is critical in ensuring optimal production planning, inventory management, and cross\-functional collaboration to deliver service, cost, and efficiency objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead production planning and finite scheduling in close coordination with the plant team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of finished goods. * Monitor finished goods (FG) inventory levels, proactively identify risks to Case Fill Rate (CFR), conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective actions to maintain CFR at 98% or higher. * Proactively highlight supply\-related issues and collaborate with Business Units, Demand Planning, Plant Operations, and Logistics teams to drive resolutions and ensure operational excellence. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on process efficiency, cost reduction, and overall supply chain optimization. * Manage product lifecycle activities, including listing, delisting, and withdrawals in partnership with Marketing, ensuring minimal write\-offs. * Take ownership of high\-priority escalations from key customers and drive swift resolution in coordination with internal stakeholders. **Key Competencies:** * Solid understanding of supply chain principles and strong business acumen. * Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. * Proactive, action\-oriented mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow. * Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence. * Alignment with KHC’s core values: Consumer Obsession, Ownership, Meritocracy, Continuous Improvement, and Inclusion. **Preferred Qualifications:** * MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree. * 2\+ years of supply chain experience in the FMCG/CPG sector. * Hands\-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).
