*** PLEASE APPLY ONLY IF YOU MEET THE PROFILE *** **Logistics Coordinator** OBJECTIVE Ensure smooth product distribution operations by managing the transportation, storage, and organization of products and materials throughout the entire supply chain. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate transportation across the three business units (freight, distribution, inventory) * Supervise tracking and delivery compliance for trips (first mile) * Request operators through HR requisition * Counting and collection of evidence for operational expenses (loading/unloading, tarping, etc.) * Ensure 100% staff occupancy * Verify that the unit’s documentation is valid and up to date * Ensure operators carry the necessary equipment for their operation * Daily collection of delivery waybills for purchase and payroll reporting (photographic evidence in RP) * Jointly plan with the Maintenance Department preventive, corrective, and predictive service inspections and follow-ups * **Performance monitoring** * Fuel allocation and diesel expense control * Review drainage reports for each assigned unit * Allocate balance for toll release * Review fleet availability * Request freight vouchers * Delivery scheduling: origin and destination * Assign trips to operators, providing specific instructions for each trip **Requirements** * **Minimum 4 years of relevant experience** * **Knowledge of logistics (first and last mile), SCTP regulations, transport control, Excel, ERP systems, GPS platforms, and Litros account** * **Responsible, proactive, honest, decisive, able to work under pressure** * **Education: Logistics Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related degree** * **Minimum age: 28 years** * **Experience with tractor-trailers and operators** * **Payroll management experience** * **Administrative profile** * **Reside near the work location** Send your CV to 56 10 73 45 95 or apply through this channel * Weekly payments * Statutory benefits * Mixed social security scheme * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–5:30 pm; Saturday, 8:00–1:00 pm If you meet the profile and are interested in this vacancy, please apply through this channel.
