Maintains two-way communication with on-site personnel (audio and video) Position: Virtual Receptionist at Monitoring Console Location: Mexico City Work Mode: On-site Department: Security – Monitoring and Access Control Job Description We are looking for a Virtual Receptionist to join our Monitoring Console team, responsible for remotely managing and controlling access to corporate facilities while delivering professional service and timely follow-up on registration and visit processes. Functions and Responsibilities Performs duties equivalent to those of an on-site receptionist, managing access, visitor registration, and general assistance via the monitoring platform. Generates daily interactive reports with detailed information on entries, entry and exit times, and visit classification. Maintains two-way communication with on-site personnel through audio and video channels, enabling real-time interaction. Captures information for authorized visitors. Provides full traceability of all services rendered, registrations, movements, and events related to access control. Requirements Prior experience in monitoring, virtual reception, customer service, or administrative roles (preferred). Familiarity with video surveillance platforms or access control software (optional; training provided). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under established protocols. Availability to work rotating shifts.
