To strengthen our team in CDMX, we are looking for: **Application Specialist** (Santa Fe, CDMX) **Your Mission** *Provide technical advisory services ensuring excellence in quality and innovation to our customers regarding handling and techniques of our products, thereby becoming Bimbo’s global supplier* **What You Will Do** *Provide theoretical-practical support to customers on the use and handling of technologies and products from our portfolio* *Prepare, bake, and present various bakery & patisserie applications* *Master the Puratos product portfolio to identify potential business opportunities with Bimbo* *Contribute to new product development* *Carry out scale-ups at customer industrial plants* *Run validation tests in the laboratory* *Document laboratory tests, scale-ups, and customer trials* *Conduct internal and external trainings and presentations* *Manage and follow up on projects with the customer, internal peers, and sales team* *Generate technical documentation.* **What We Expect From You** Degree in Food Engineering, Food Chemistry, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in product development. Experience in baking, innovation processes, research and development. Experience in the food industry sector. Knowledge of laboratory equipment. Knowledge of food regulations. Advanced level of English. Availability to travel nationally and internationally. Valid driver's license.
