Key Responsibilities * Prepare and maintain cost reports for products, operations, and services. * Analyze variances between actual and budgeted costs, identifying deviations. * Propose process adjustments and improvements to optimize costs. * Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Operations, and Warehouse departments to obtain accurate information. * Participate in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. * Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal regulations. * Prepare documentation for internal and external audits. Technical Competencies * Solid knowledge of cost accounting and general accounting. * Proficiency in financial analysis tools (Advanced Excel, ERP, BI). * Ability to interpret efficiency and profitability indicators. * Knowledge of applicable tax and accounting regulations. Soft Skills * Attention to detail and analytical thinking. * Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with operational and executive teams. * Organizational skills and discipline to manage multiple reports. * Proactivity in identifying improvement opportunities. Education and Experience * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in cost analysis or finance. * Preferred experience in healthcare, manufacturing, or technical services sectors.
