Pinturas Maravilla, due to growth, is seeking an experienced Automotive Color Matcher. We are looking for a professional with extensive knowledge in automotive painting to join our team under the **TURBO FINISH \- PPG** brand. Requirements: * Minimum age of 28 * Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive color matching and refinishing. * Valid driver's license * Own motorcycle or automobile * Basic-to-intermediate computer skills * Completed high school education * Knowledge of manual and computerized color-matching and dispensing equipment * Honesty * Responsibility * Organization Responsibilities: * Prospecting and selling automotive paint * Manual or dispenser-assisted color matching and tinting per specifications * Demonstrative application using gravity-feed spray gun; operation of air compressor, sanders, sanding systems, polishing machines, and compounds * Technical-commercial advisory support at point of sale and on-site * Knowledge of color-matching materials * Inventory control of matched products * Machine-drying verification We offer: * Base salary: $12,000 monthly net * Mobility allowance: $1,000 in gasoline vouchers * Guaranteed bonus for 3 months: $5,000 * **Bi-weekly payment** * Statutory benefits from day one of employment * Life insurance * Medical network for employees (discounts at laboratories, hospitals, psychological and nutritional services, among other benefits) * Free uniforms * Ongoing training * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including one-hour lunch break * Saturdays and Sundays: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM * **One weekend day off** **Work location:** Naucalpan, near Fes Acatlán.
