We are currently seeking talent with the following profile: Maintenance and Warehouse Assistant Requirements: * Marital status: Any * Education: Completed high school diploma and/or preparatory school * Experience: Minimum of 1 year * Knowledge: General maintenance * Work schedule: Monday to Saturday * Must reside no more than 30 minutes from the Chimalhuacán Fairgrounds * Complete maintenance forms. * Clean designated maintenance areas and tools. * Perform maintenance on furniture (desks, chairs, lockers, etc.). * Carry out errands. * Repair general items within the warehouse. * Maintain air conditioning units (clean filters, blades, and water). * Perform minor maintenance on restrooms and water pipes. * Conduct periodic inspections and replace light fixtures (work not requiring heights). * Perform minor, accessible painting and repairs to facilities. * Carry out minor electrical repairs (outlets, switches). * Clean fans. * Install informational signs and banners. * Maintain parking areas. * Stock, pack, and consolidate merchandise. * Organize and clean the warehouse. * Ensure cleanliness of shelves.
