Join our team as a **FLEXOGRAPHIC PRINTING OPERATOR.** **OBJECTIVE:** We seek an individual with extensive experience who can bring value and deep expertise to the company, establish precise procedures to prevent errors, and improve both our manufacturing processes and the quality of materials we produce. Extensive experience in producing shrink sleeves, flexible packaging, and labels. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Operation and handling of wide-web flexographic printing presses. * Operation, handling, and preparation of flexographic printing inks. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Efficiently meet monthly production volumes and schedules. * Comply with, implement, and improve the company’s established quality standards, internal processes, and cost-reduction programs. * Availability to rotate shifts. **KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS** * Proficiency in operating flexographic printing presses, including print adjustments (registration, pressure, material alignment, color adjustment, speed). * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance for flexographic printing equipment. * Handling, application, and optimization of flexible substrates and films for flexographic printing. * Handling and optimization of water-based and solvent-based flexographic inks. * Handling and mounting of flexographic plates. * Handling and use of stickyback. * Use, care, and optimization of anilox rollers. * Use of measurement equipment essential for flexographic printing (e.g., densitometers, micrometers, Exact, etc.). * Basic color theory. * Six Sigma or equivalent quality process certification. **WE OFFER:** * Salary: $20,000–$25,000 (based on experience) * Statutory benefits * Positive work environment and stability * Training and opportunity for growth * Location: Tetelpan neighborhood, Álvaro Obregón (preference for candidates residing near this area) * Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time | Saturday, half-day * Work modality: On-site * Interested candidates may apply via this platform or email: **gestiontalento@4packshop.com** Salary: $20,000.00 – $25,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site position
