**Profile** * Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in physical conditioning, sports training, physical education, or related fields. * Age: 30 to 45 years old. * One year of experience as a swimming instructor. * SICCED Certification 1. * Specialization and/or swimming courses. * Diploma in aquatic rescue and/or lifesaving. **Required Knowledge** * Mastery of swimming strokes. * Time organization and management. * Effective and assertive communication. * Problem-solving ability. * Autonomy and teamwork. **Responsibilities** * Organize course content according to students’ skill levels and learning objectives. * Prevent hazardous situations in the workplace. * Monitor students’ performance and systematically correct technique during classes. * Administer first aid techniques in case of accidents. * Help beginners overcome fear of water. * Implement pedagogical activities that facilitate learning of floating and swimming techniques. * Promote healthy habits among users. * Comply with workplace regulations.
