Our commitment to efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement drives our growth. ***Find us on LinkedIn as: Lufthansa Cargo Servicios Logisticos de Mexico*** The **Procurement Analyst** will be responsible for: * Receiving purchase requisitions from users across various LCSLM locations * Soliciting quotations from suppliers and preparing comparative analysis tables for supplier selection for first-time purchases * Identifying, developing, and managing suppliers to guarantee reliable and efficient supply (blacklist) * Evaluating and selecting suppliers to ensure appropriate quality standards and adherence to delivery timelines; negotiating payment terms, quality, competitive pricing, and regulatory compliance (where applicable); and establishing delivery dates * Managing purchase order approval according to the Expense and Investment Approval Matrix—by department and amount—and transmitting approved orders to suppliers * Requesting advance payments for purchase orders to Accounts Payable via the current transfer request, duly signed * Managing supplier claims until resolution of discrepancies or incidents related to deliveries, including issuance of credit notes as applicable * Supporting internal and external audit requests from their department ***\* Perform other duties as requested or directed*** To succeed in this role, we value a combination of the following qualifications: * Completed Bachelor’s degree required * Intermediate conversational English required * 2–3 years of procurement experience required * 2–3 years of experience in supplier negotiation and development required * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel and Microsoft 365 skills desirable * Experience working in bonded warehouses desirable * Collaboration * Teamwork * Proactivity * Results orientation * Sense of urgency * Availability * Ability to learn quickly * Responsibility * Adaptability * Tolerance * Flexible working hours **\* Attach CV** Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $25,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Work location: Hybrid remote work in Polanco V Sección, CDMX
