At Grupo Esperanza, we are seeking personnel with general maintenance experience to support the operation and preservation of our facilities. **Responsibilities:** · Ceramic finishes on walls and ceilings (installation and nozzles) · Floor finishes (ceramic, granite, terrazzo, fired clay elements) · General painting (water-based enamels, thinner, vinyl, epoxy) · Basic masonry (installation of lightweight concrete blocks up to a height of 90 cm, with a maximum length of 4.00 m, and an 8 cm thick reinforced slab using 3/8" rebar) **Requirements:** · Minimum 1 year of general maintenance experience. · Bring basic tools such as: trowel, chisel, leveling tool, wedges, scoop, etc. Architecture only provides mechanical components for major tasks or items representing ongoing investment. · Flexible availability of working hours · Residence within a maximum 1-hour commute from the area **Knowledge in:** · Masonry · Plumbing · Basic carpentry (desirable) **We offer:** · $12,000 to $13,500 net monthly, depending on experience. · Timely weekly payments (payments occur every Friday from 4:30 to 5:00 PM at the treasury) · **Two shifts:** Monday to Sunday, 8:30 PM to 6:00 AM / 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, both shifts include a 1-hour meal break, with rotating rest days during the week. · We strive to assign staff to branches near their residence.
