Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst with expertise in payroll calculation and end-to-end payroll management to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processes. Ensuring accurate and timely processes We are looking for a **Payroll Analyst** with proven experience in payroll calculation and comprehensive payroll management, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance with current regulations. ### **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field * Minimum 2 years of payroll experience * Proficiency in CONTPAQi Nóminas and SAT portal * Knowledge of ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and CFDI 4\.0 * Intermediate Excel skills * Experience in payroll calculations (weekly, biweekly, semimonthly, and monthly) * Solid knowledge of: payroll systems and ERP platforms, ISR, ISN, employer IMSS contributions, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, year-end bonus (aguinaldo) calculation, and PTU (Profit Sharing) ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Processing payrolls (weekly, semimonthly, or monthly) * Payroll calculation, validation, and electronic stamping (timbrado) * Tracking and recording payroll incidents (absences, disabilities, vacations, etc.) * Calculation of SDI (Daily Integrated Wage) and support in IMSS contributions and taxes * Generating reports and maintaining document control * Assisting employees regarding payments and receipts * Executing the complete payroll process * Entering and validating payroll incidents * Coordinating payment of employee benefits and employer obligations ### **We Offer:** * Competitive net salary commensurate with experience * Statutory benefits from day one * Indefinite-term employment contract * Employee benefits starting in the third month (discounts at cinemas, restaurants, gyms, and more) * Job stability and professional development **If you meet the profile, apply through this platform or send your updated CV** to schedule an interview.
