Job Objective Lead and execute the preparation of plant-based dishes according to Mora Mora’s operational standards, ensuring sensory quality, impeccable presentation, efficient service timing, and strict compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities * Prepare and supervise dish preparation according to recipes and technical sheets. * Coordinate the team during daily operations, ensuring efficient service flow. * Verify quality, presentation, and portioning before service. * Comply with and enforce food hygiene, handling, and storage protocols. * Control waste and ensure proper use of supplies. * Assist with inventories, receiving, and correct raw material rotation (FIFO). * Identify and report operational incidents and areas for improvement to the kitchen manager. Required Profile * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Line Cook A or similar position. * Experience managing and coordinating operational staff. * Proficiency in culinary techniques and professional kitchen processes. * Solid knowledge of food hygiene and safety best practices. * Operational leadership, organization, and execution focus. * Attention to detail and results orientation. * Flexible availability.
