




Job Summary: Process analyst with experience in continuous improvement to optimize efficiency and reduce waste, collaborating across various departments. Key Highlights: 1. Integration into a multidisciplinary team Main Responsibilities: Analyze and improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Develop and update procedures, flowcharts, and process sheets. Implement continuous improvement tools (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma). Coordinate pilot tests and validations of new processes or equipment. Collaborate with all departments to resolve technical issues. (administrative and operational departments) Monitor key performance indicators (OEE, scrap, cycle times, etc.). Requirements: Industrial, Mechanical, or Process Engineering degree or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in production or continuous improvement areas. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies, time and motion analysis. Proficiency in AutoCAD, advanced Excel, and statistical tools (preferred). Ability to document processes and collaborate across all departments.
