Extrajudicial Collection Law Firm for BANAMEX is seeking: University Students for Extrajudicial Telephone Collection of SME and Mortgage Loans. REQUIREMENTS: /Bachelor's degree in Law currently in progress or completed (Intern, Student, or Incomplete). /Age: 22 to 32 years old. /Experience in Extrajudicial Telephone Collection is DESIRABLE (Financial Institutions, Call Centers, Telecommunications, FinTech, Automotive, Mortgage Companies). /Experience working under performance-based goals and objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Extrajudicial telephone collection management for SME and mortgage banking portfolios. - Recovery of overdue accounts. - Contacting clients via telephone. - Conducting negotiations with clients. - Following up on payment commitments. WE OFFER: * Monday to Saturday shift from 11:00 AM to 6:30 PM. * Two Saturdays per month on a rotating basis. * Gross salary: $11,650. * Recovery bonus (NO CAP). * Earnings up to $15,000 or more. * Statutory benefits (100% health insurance, year-end bonus, profit-sharing, and vacation premium). * Paid training. * Professional and economic growth. * Continuous development and lifelong learning. * Psychological training. * Work location: Lindavista Norte.
