




Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to perform diagnostics, maintenance, and on-site and remote user support, managing equipment and reporting daily activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Diagnosis and preventive/corrective maintenance of computer equipment 2. On-site and remote user support for technical assistance 3. Equipment management, data backup, and report generation Technical Support Engineer We offer: * Monthly fee of up to $11,000 (Professional fees) * Productivity bonus * Certifications * Field work Work Schedule: * 48 hours per week (may include weekends, holidays, or night shifts depending on the project). Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems or Informatics (incomplete) or a technical vocational program. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions * Ability to disassemble equipment and perform preventive and corrective maintenance * Proficiency in Office, OpenOffice, Windows 10 and 11, Windows Server, and iOS * Networking, structured cabling, and CCTV Responsibilities: * Transport and replace computer equipment, back up data, and transfer it to new equipment for delivery * Diagnose computer equipment and printers * Provide on-site technical support to users across all technical assistance topics, both remotely and on-site * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on PC and Mac equipment * Provide user support via help desk software * Attend to users * Generate daily activity reports and submit them to supervisors * Maintain constant communication with the help desk Work Location: Industrial Vallejo, Azcapotzalco Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 - $11,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
