You must have a strong understanding of cooking techniques and methods for preparing fresh food. A 60-day training period will be assigned at one of the following locations: Plaza Universidad Parque Delta Reforma 222 Perisur Parque Tepeyac CETRAM 4 Caminos Fashion Mall Tlalnepantla Galerías Coapa Plaza Carso Upon completion, you will be assigned to one of the 45 available vacancies across the Metropolitan Zone. · Education: TSU or Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy, Tourism, Food & Beverages, or related field (preferred but not mandatory). Experience: More than 3 years of recent experience in value-added cuisine (Mexican, Italian, Japanese, Chinese, Mediterranean, Spanish, or similar). Supervisory experience over staff. Preferably currently employed or having recently ended employment. Job Description: Operation of fryers, stoves, griddles, and woks Inventory and supply control Preparation of dishes according to established recipes Assistance in store opening and/or closing Coordination of kitchen staff Maintaining the buffet bar fully stocked at all times Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 11 AM to 9 PM, with a weekday day off. 30-minute lunch break. We Offer: Starting monthly salary of $12,000 (tax-free); after training, salary increases to $14,000–$15,000 based on technical and practical evaluation. Daily meals (free of charge). Important Notes: These are fast-food locations, so customers typically do not leave tips. Payroll cut-off dates: 15th and 30th of each month; payment dates: 5th and 20th, with no float days. Immediate availability is required for employment commencement.
