Job Summary: A leading distributor of natural products is seeking a Payroll Analyst to manage payroll calculations and personnel incidents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage payroll calculations and various personnel incidents 2. Administer personnel modifications with IMSS using IDSE 3. Prepare monthly reports for finance and personnel files Due to company growth, an important natural products distributor is seeking Payroll Analyst Requirements Gender: Unspecified Age: 23 to 45 Experience: 2 to 3 years Education: Accounting or related field Experience in payroll calculation Responsibilities: Calculate regular, extraordinary, and retroactive payrolls; manage daily personnel incidents such as absences, overtime, disabilities, and vacations Administer personnel modifications with IMSS (registrations, cancellations, salary changes) using IDSE Determine employer-employee contributions in SUA and Payroll Tax Accurately calculate final payments upon termination of employment Generate stamped payroll receipts (CFDI) and manage bank disbursements Prepare monthly reports for finance and maintain up-to-date personnel files.
