**GENERAL ACCOUNTANT** **Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Administration (degree certificate and professional license). * 3+ years of experience in general and tax accounting. * Experience working with Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), Private Assistance Institutions (PAIs), or SMEs managing donations/projects is desirable. * Proficiency in tax platforms (SAT, DIM, SUA), financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting software such as CONTPAQi/COI or similar. * Knowledge of internal controls and administrative processes. * Residence in the southern area of Mexico City. **Responsibilities** * General accounting: journal entries, reconciliations, monthly closings, and financial statements. * Tax and legal compliance; coordination and support during audits. * Preparation and monitoring of budgets and reports for management/donors. * Financial management of donations, funds, and reporting according to donor restrictions. * Implementation and improvement of internal controls and administrative policies. **We Offer** * Salary: $20,000–$22,000 gross per month, paid via payroll. * Statutory benefits. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. One day per week remote work. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements: - 11% food vouchers. - Life insurance. - Paid personal days.
