Ongoing mentoring and training At Alfa Administración, we seek a Finance Assistant with a high level of order, responsibility, and eagerness to learn, who will support the financial management of various residential condominiums. This position is designed for someone who wishes to train in the finance area, gaining hands-on experience in income and expense control, as well as resource administration. Responsibilities * Preparation and updating of condominium owners’ account statements * Recording and tracking of income and expenses * Follow-up on accounts receivable (delinquency) * Support in supplier payments * Validation and organization of invoices, receipts, and supporting documents * Compilation of financial files per condominium * Support in preparing monthly reports * Coordination with the administration and operations departments Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or related field (in progress – final semesters or recent graduate) * Experience not required, or up to 1 year in administrative tasks * Proficiency in Excel (basic to intermediate) * Interest in developing a career in the finance area Profile We Seek * High level of order and organization * Attention to detail * Responsibility and follow-through * Willingness to learn * Proactive attitude * Discretion in handling confidential information What We Offer * Monthly salary of $12,000 to $14,000 * Job stability * Direct training in the finance area * Career growth within the company * Ongoing mentoring and training Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 \- $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company-provided mobile phone * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
