Join our team as a Tax Manager. INDISPENSABLE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE.
Objective:
· Manage and supervise the company’s tax strategy and compliance, ensuring proper alignment among accounting records, business operations, and applicable tax regulations through continuous communication and effective coordination with the accounting team and related departments, thereby mitigating risks and guaranteeing accurate and timely financial information.
Responsibilities:
· Ensure timely fulfillment of the company’s federal, state, and local tax obligations.
· Supervise proper integration between accounting and tax information, ensuring records comply with applicable regulations.
· Maintain ongoing coordination with the accounting team to define recording criteria and address tax impacts of business operations.
· Review and analyze contracts, invoicing, construction progress reports, and business operations to identify tax risks.
· Monitor tax regulatory changes and promptly communicate their impact to relevant departments.
· Supervise tax calculation, filing of tax returns, and submission of informational obligations.
· Handle ACCOUNTING and TAX audits, authority requests, and tax reviews, ensuring appropriate documentary support.
· Propose improvements to processes and internal controls to strengthen tax compliance and mitigate tax risks.
Knowledge Requirements:
· INDISPENSABLE experience in the CONSTRUCTION sector.
· Education: Certified Public Accountant / Accounting and Finance / Financial Administration or related field. (Degree and Professional License required; tax specialization or master’s degree preferred.)
· Minimum 5 years of experience.
