Quality assurance and customer satisfaction **1\.** **Position Objective** Coordinate, direct, and supervise operational cleaning activities for the assigned client portfolio, ensuring each contract has the required human and material resources, as well as compliance with service quality and customer satisfaction. **1\.** **Minimum Position Competencies** Education: Completed or incomplete high school diploma or bachelor’s degree. Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar position. Age: 30\- 55 years. Gender: No preference. Specific job knowledge: · Experience developing daily and deep-cleaning work programs. · Experience in customer relations. · Knowledge of the use, handling, and safety of chemical products, cleaning materials, and equipment. · Basic knowledge of industrial hygiene and safety. · Ability to organize and coordinate others’ work. · Ability to train and develop operational cleaning staff. · Experience preparing and controlling budgets for materials, inventories, and labor. · Experience preparing and controlling pre\-payrolls. · Basic Office software knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
