Payroll Accounting Assistant Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico A leading manufacturing-sector company is seeking talent to join as a **Payroll-Focused Accounting Assistant**. We offer: * Base salary: **$15,000 gross monthly** * Monthly bonus of up to **30%** (starting from the 3rd month, based on performance) * Statutory benefits: * 15-day Christmas bonus * 25% vacation premium * Social Security * INFONAVIT * 12 vacation days * Schedule: **Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:30 hrs** * Job stability Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in **Public Accounting (MANDATORY)** * Minimum **2 years’ experience in accounting and/or payroll** * Proficiency with tools: * SUA * IDSE * SAT * NOI / COI * Knowledge of **tax and labor regulations** * Intermediate to advanced **Excel** skills * Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and ability to handle confidential information Responsibilities: * Weekly and biweekly payroll processing (incidents, retroactive payments, bonuses, pensions, etc.) * Salary modifications with IMSS * Calculation and reconciliation of IMSS contributions * Accounting-tax reconciliation (payroll vs. IMSS and SAT) * Support in final settlements and severance payments * Preparation of tax reports (federal taxes and monthly VAT) * Administration of salaries and social security contributions * Oversight of accounting records * Preparation of budgets and financial projections If you meet the profile and wish to join a solid company, apply through this channel attaching your updated CV.
