Requirements: * Flexible working hours * Availability for field work * Completed Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, etc. \- Degree holder * Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position, such as Industrial Installation Supervisor or Industrial Maintenance Supervisor. * Direct management of personnel, including installation crews or contractors. * Management of both administrative and operational staff (unionized) * Valid driver's license \- Experience driving a 3\.5-ton van Responsibilities: * Ensure field operational staff carry out activities according to the established schedule and plan, as well as safety and quality measures. * Guarantee that route logistics are appropriate to meet customer service response times, with orderly and accurate daily dispatch and routing of installation crews. * Supervise the area's compliance with industrial, operational, and environmental safety regulations.
