At GeNI Mexico, we are seeking talent for the Maintenance area as a Welding Fixture Technician. Objective: Perform preventive maintenance and prepare assembly fixtures and equipment used for production according to customer dimensional and quality specifications. Requirements: * 2 years of experience maintaining MIG/MAG and resistance welding cells * 2 years of experience responsible for dimensional adjustment of welding fixtures * Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Machine Tools, or Automation and Control * Basic English (reading ability) * Availability to rotate shifts Responsibilities: * Mechanical adjustment of assembly fixtures * Verification of welding parameters * Dimensional adjustment of assembly fixtures and ensuring compliance * Support the production area during fixture changes * Accurate and timely completion of SGC records * Adjustment of trajectories and parameters for various welding types (MIG/SPOT) * Timely resolution of exceptional failures Benefits: * Base salary * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Life insurance * Financial support and incentives Employment type: Full-time Salary: Up to $21,300.00 MXN per month Work location: On-site employment
