Job Description We are seeking an SLA Support Engineer – Networks and Control to deliver support for global Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for international clients such as Prologis and SKF, whose facilities are located in Europe and the United States, with potential global expansion. The role requires English-language communication and adherence to defined operational processes, with training and mentoring provided by PxC USA. Responsibilities * Validate customer installations and verify data integrity of the energy management monitoring system. * Provide proactive support to offline systems at customer sites. * Deliver technical support to sites in the United States. * Assist customers in resolving issues related to network implementations. * Follow standard operating procedures and process documentation established by PxC USA. Requirements * Ability to read and interpret basic single-line electrical diagrams. * Basic troubleshooting skills for networks and control systems (Level 1 and Level 2 support). * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation/Control Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Electrician Technician, or Automation/Mechatronics Technician (technician-level qualification or equivalent also considered). * Fluent English (mandatory).
