Job Requirements: Completed Engineering or Bachelor’s degree. Prior experience as a manager, assistant manager, or team leader with verifiable employment stability. Knowledge of cash handling, customer service, personnel management, and sales strategies. Job Responsibilities: Personnel administration and supervision of operations. Maintaining security at the gas station. Cash control, daily cash counts, audits, and closings. Customer service and complaint follow-up. Preparation of sales budgets and strategies to increase sales. Compliance with audits and vendor coordination.
