Position: TRAINING INSTRUCTOR ASSISTANT If you are passionate about teaching, sharing knowledge, and developing talent, this opportunity is for you. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Education, Psychology, or related field (degree holder). Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience delivering technical training. Key Responsibilities: Deliver onboarding courses for new employees. Provide operational training with practical and real-life examples. Update training materials and documentation. Manage course evidence and controls. Stay up-to-date with internal procedures and manuals.
