




Position Summary: Responsible for recording, analyzing, preparing, and maintaining financial and payroll information, ensuring accuracy and compliance of records. Key Highlights: 1. Updating records in key systems (SUA, IDSE, FONACOT, INFONAVIT) Job Description: What You Will Do Record, store, and/or analyze computerized financial and payroll information. Prepare, maintain, audit, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, audit, or payroll tables and reports. Maintain, update, create, secure, and archive employee payroll files and records. Review, verify, and reconcile timecard punches, hours worked, salary adjustments, and other payment-related data. Calculate employee salaries and deductions (e.g., union dues, insurance, parking, 401k plan) and enter them into the payroll system. Keep records updated in SUA, IDSE, FONACOT, and INFONAVIT systems.
