You will join our kitchen team in an exclusive environment, preparing high-quality food for our VIP guests. Requirements: Education: Technical or bachelor's degree in gastronomy, or completed high school Minimum 6 months to 1 year of professional kitchen experience Availability to rotate shifts Ability to work under pressure and excellent service attitude Main Responsibilities: Prepare food according to recipes and quality and hygiene standards. Support daily production and plating. Verify freshness, proper rotation, and correct storage of ingredients (FIFO). Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area, equipment, and utensils. Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations. Assist with basic inventory management and waste control. Collaborate with the kitchen team to meet service timing requirements. Follow instructions from the Chef or Line Cook A during daily operations.
