Job Summary: Traffic Coordinator for a leading food distribution company, responsible for unit assignment, route tracking, and documentation management. Key Highlights: 1. Manages the assignment and cleaning of transportation units. 2. Ensures route tracking and delivery route compliance. 3. Collaborates with monitoring to optimize unit tracking. Responsibilities: -Assign the unit that will be loaded at the loading docks -Verify that unit cleaning is performed and that fumigation programs are carried out on time and as scheduled. -Monitor routes to ensure timely deliveries. -Monitor daily carrier waybill releases to prevent delays. -Collect all weekly information to prepare required reports and documentation. -Collaborate with the monitoring center to track units en route.
