Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and organized Payroll Auditor to lead the accurate execution of payroll processes and accounting controls. Key Highlights: 1. Compliance with tax and labor obligations Payroll Auditor We are looking for a Payroll Auditor with proven experience, who is organized and results-oriented, to lead and ensure the accurate execution of payroll and accounting control processes. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting (graduated). - Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll coordination or administration. - Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, databases). - Experience managing and administering databases. - Knowledge and application of accounting fundamentals. - Familiarity with labor and tax legislation applicable to payroll. - Strong sense of confidentiality and responsibility. Main Responsibilities: - Coordination and supervision of the end-to-end payroll process. - Monitoring and validation of payroll incidents (absences, vacations, disabilities, overtime). - Generation of financial and administrative reports. - Administration and updating of the employee database. - Integration and reconciliation of payroll-related accounting information. - Compliance with payroll-related tax and labor obligations.
