Reviewing the calculation of travel allowances for technical operations personnel along with their respective invoices and/or receipts. c. Providing support to technical operations personnel for invoicing and expense documentation. d. Requesting and following up on flight and accommodation reservations for technical operations personnel. e. Managing (collecting, recording, digitizing, sharing) service reports from technical operations personnel. f. Updating databases with accurate, reliable, and timely information for decision-making. g. Reviewing, responding to, and managing emails. h. Ensuring technician attendance according to maintenance schedule planning. i. Managing attendance and incident lists for Human Resources. j. Answering phone calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from technicians and clients for service requests or emergencies. k.
