We are currently looking for: Collections Operator **Job Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Economics, Administration, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in collections (preferably within insurance companies or the financial sector). * Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. * Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. **Job Responsibilities:** * Perform administrative tasks related to collections management. * Collaborate with the collections team to achieve established goals. * Monitor the status of policies and issued invoices. * Record payments and update balances in internal systems. * Reconcile accounts to prevent discrepancies. **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary of $15,500\. * Life Insurance * GMM * Grocery Vouchers * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. **We want to meet you!
