Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive sample maker to produce samples, interpret patterns, and propose improvements in garment construction processes, collaborating closely with design and pattern-making teams. Opportunity to propose improvements and work collaboratively RESPONSIBILITIES * Producing samples based on technical specifications. * Developing initial samples. * Adjustments and corrections to design and measurements. * Interpreting patterns. * Collaborating with design and pattern-making teams. * Proposing improvements in garment construction processes. * Ensuring quality in finishes and on-time delivery. We are looking for someone who: * Has at least 2 years of experience as a sample maker. * Is proficient in straight stitch machine, overlock machine, and collar machine. * Is familiar with various fabric types. * Is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive. * Enjoys teamwork and contributing ideas.
