The role is responsible for **facilitating organizational transition to new technological platforms**, ensuring effective system adoption through communication, training, and user support strategies. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and implement **change management plans** for software implementation projects. * Coordinate the **technology adoption strategy with stakeholders and key users**. * Oversee multiple implementation initiatives simultaneously. * Assess organizational impacts resulting from system implementations. * Identify adoption risks and develop **mitigation plans**. * Establish **communication and alignment strategies with key users**. * Facilitate **executive sessions, functional workshops, and training programs**. * Translate technical concepts into **functional and operational language**. * Manage resistance to change using influence and persuasion techniques. * Track **system adoption and usage metrics**. * Generate executive reports on progress and adoption levels. * Collect user feedback and channel it to the project team. * Support implementation deployments when required by the project. **Requirements** **Education:** **Bachelor’s degree in:** * Systems Engineering * Business Administration * Organizational Psychology * Information Technologies * or related field. **Experience** * **Minimum 3 years implementing technological solutions or system adoption.** * Experience leading **organizational change management processes**. * Experience working with **clients or stakeholders in technology projects**. * Experience facilitating **training sessions, workshops, or technology adoption activities**. **Knowledge** * Organizational change management * Technology adoption * Software implementation * End-user training * Organizational communication * Stakeholder management * Functional documentation **Competencies** We seek a candidate with: ✔ Leadership and influence ✔ Executive communication ✔ Results orientation ✔ Negotiation skills ✔ Handling objections ✔ Group facilitation ✔ Problem-solving skills ✔ Collaborative teamwork **Tools** * Project management tools * SaaS platforms * Office suite * Collaboration tools **We Offer** * Participation in **technology implementation projects**. * Work with **multidisciplinary technology and business teams**. * Professional and collaborative environment. * Development in **digital transformation projects**.
