We are looking for: ***ERP SYSTEM IMPLEMENTER (ORACLE)*** ============================================ **MISSION:** Lead the company's operational and technical transition to the Oracle ecosystem (NetSuite and Primavera), ensuring proper configuration of business processes and successful user adoption. **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:** * $16,000–$18,000 MXN monthly gross (commensurate with experience) * Timely biweekly payments (on the 15th and last day of each month). * Statutory benefits from Day 1: IMSS, INFONAVIT, vacation days, year-end bonus (aguinaldo), and vacation premium. * Direct employment contract and additional contributions to your AFORE retirement account. * Training: Access to ongoing industry certifications. * Work tools: Laptop computer and corporate mobile phone. **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technologies, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience implementing ERP systems. * Preferred experience with: Oracle NetSuite, Oracle Primavera, or other ERP systems (SAP, Odoo, etc.). * Preferred experience in construction, engineering, or complex project management processes. * Proficiency with documentation tools (Advanced Excel, Visio, \*, Lucidchart, etc.). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Participate in functional requirements gathering sessions with various departments across the company. * Analyze business processes and collaborate on functional configuration of Oracle NetSuite and Primavera modules, ensuring the system meets operational and financial department needs. * Track incidents and improvement requests identified during testing phases. * Coordinate data migration, document operational workflows, and execute functional testing (UAT). * Design and deliver training programs for Key Users, providing continuous support to ensure correct usage of system functions and procedures. * Manage incidents, resolve technical/functional queries, and actively support the Go\-Live phase to achieve full software stabilization. * Interact directly with operational, administrative, and finance departments. * Train staff on correct use of system modules, functions, and procedures. * Rapidly learn ERP functionality to become the team’s primary point of support. **Work Location:** Tlalnepantla Centro, State of Mexico **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday (8:00 AM–6:00 PM) *APPLY NOW!
