We invite you to join the great Juguetibici family as: Branch Assistant Manager Requirements: * Completed high school education, or incomplete or completed undergraduate degree. * Availability of time. * MANDATORY: Minimum 1 year of experience in managerial positions within the RETAIL industry. * Residence within the indicated area, no more than one hour away. * Applicants must be over 24 years of age. Key Responsibilities: * Branch opening and closing procedures. * Cash reconciliations and cash register closings. * Customer service. * Product labeling, arrangement, distribution, and sales. * Execution of sales strategies. * Staff management. * Inventory management. * Goods receiving. * Administrative tasks. * Recruitment, selection, and training of staff. * Compliance with internal and external audits. * Management of managerial KPIs. * Conflict resolution.
