You will be responsible for developing visual assets aligned with the brand identity, collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Executive Management, and Human Resources. **Essential Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field. * Medium-level experience as a Graphic Designer. * **Intermediate–advanced proficiency in Adobe Suite:** Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign. * Professional proficiency in **Canva**. * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Mac environment. * Understanding of social media and digital content. * Experience using AI tools applied to design. * Ability to research and apply visual trends. **Main Responsibilities** * Design and produce graphic materials for print and digital media. * Develop final artwork, text adaptation, and layouts. * Design static and animated graphic assets (videos and GIFs). * Develop visual concepts for renders and graphic pieces. * Ensure correct application of the visual identity guidelines. * Manage timelines and deliverables according to established schedules. * Integrate Artificial Intelligence tools as creative support. * Design posts, stories, banners, and email marketing assets. * Adjust formats and dimensions for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, websites, and newsletters. * Create GIFs or clips for social media, ads, and e-content. **Skills and Competencies** * Conceptual thinking and strategic approach. * High attention to detail (layout, typography, proportions, spelling). * Teamwork and effective communication. * Sensitivity to interpret brand personality and tone. * Organization, agility, and adherence to deadlines. **We Offer** * **Gross monthly salary of $17,000 to $19,000 MXN**, based on experience. * **Statutory benefits**. * **On-site work modality**. * A professional, collaborative environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement. * Growth opportunities within a constantly evolving technology company.
