Position Summary: We are seeking a tools and industrial mechanics professional with experience in precision manufacturing, AutoCAD design interpretation, and quality control. Key Highlights: 1. Precision manufacturing and machine tool operation 2. Interpretation and design of mechanical parts using AutoCAD 3. Quality control and machinery maintenance REQUIREMENTS * Tools, Industrial Mechanics, Mechatronics, or related field. * Experience: Minimum 3 years in industrial settings, providing maintenance or service. * Proficiency in AutoCAD. * Expertise in measurement instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, dial indicator, CMM or coordinate measuring machines) to ensure tight tolerances. RESPONSIBILITIES * Precision Manufacturing: Ability to set up, operate, and adjust machine tools to meet drawing specifications. * Interpretation and Design: Use AutoCAD to visualize, modify, or design mechanical parts, ensuring manufacturability. * Quality Control: Perform final inspection of machined parts, ensuring traceability and quality (standardization and certification). * Maintenance: Carry out preventive maintenance and minor adjustments to machinery.
